    • The Director of Professional Centralized Business Office is the key leader in the Revenue Cycle responsible for integrating, monitoring and facilitating all Practices served by the Organization (Clinics, Telehealth, Hospitalists, and MSO Clients.)

    • ·         Bachelor’s degree in business or health care field required
    • ·         Seven (7) or more years of large physician practice revenue cycle experience or revenue cycle consulting experience is required with emphasis on enterprise-wide collaboration, human relations skills, and a strong customer focus.
    • ·         Rural Health Clinic experience preferred but not required
    • ·         Ability to drive results in achieving and sustaining industry best practices and create a culture of accountability is required.
    • ·         Manages, coordinates and champions multiple revenue cycle initiatives across Clinics, Telehealth, MSO and physician services to improve processes and the revenue cycle mission
    • ·         Collaborates with revenue cycle associates and vendors to prepare performance metrics and analysis
    • ·         Design, implements, and evaluates process improvements aimed at increased efficiency
    • ·         Establishes NMHS wide standardized policies and processes based on industry best practices, incorporating change management principles and delivering high quality results
    • ·         Supports the annual planning and budgeting processes for the CBO

    Associate Administrator/Director of Finance — Growing 14-provider multispecialty group

    Physicians & Surgeons Clinic has an immediate opening for an experienced medical practice leader with strong financial-management skills. P&S Clinic is a well-established (since 1963) medical group of ten physicians, four nurse practitioners and 90 employees serving in Amory, Columbus and Starkville, MS. Originally an OB/GYN practice, P&S now includes a growing pediatrics practice as well as an internal medicine department. The clinic is actively recruiting additional providers and expects to continue on an aggressive growth track for the foreseeable future.

    The Associate Administrator will report directly to the Executive Director while working closely with the Governing Board in overall practice management. To fill an immediate need, the focus will be on overseeing the finances of the organization. Effectively he or she will be the Controller, responsible for:

    • In-house accounting/bookkeeping
    • Interfacing with our CPA 
    • Legal/tax compliance 
    • Accounting system management/improvement 
    • Payables (including inventory/supplies) 
    • Cash control and banking 
    • Receivables 
    • Payroll 
    • Asset management/capital planning 
    • Analysis/reporting and benchmarking
