     Job starts July 1st, 2017.  Current administrator will be onsite for training and available for consultation until 12/31/17.
    Responsibilities: • Oversees all administrative, financial and operational functions. • Acts as liaison between staff and physicians. • Works with physicians in establishing goals and policies for immediate and longterm needs.
    Requirements: • Prior Management experience. • Ability to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decisionmaking. • Experience with Quickbooks and Excel. • Experience with Greenway PrimeSuite a big plus. • Experience with Meaningful Use and MIPS a big plus.
    Remuneration: • Salary negotiable. • 401(k) plan. • Major medical and dental at greatly reduced rates.

    Prepares, analyzes and communicates key performance information and provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial and operational reporting and other issues.  Assists with budget preparation and financial planning processes.  Assists with budget review for compliance and opportunities.  Serves as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.  Performs special projects and duties as assigned, including necessary research, forecasting and visual management.  Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills, ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.


    Education:  Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field.

    Experience:  None required.  Three to five years of related healthcare finance and decision support experience preferred.

    Skills:  Demonstrate excellent communication skills.  Must be able to work independently, and be proficient in Microsoft Office - particularly Excel and PowerPoint.  Strong analytical and visual management reporting skills.
